Gabby is a Child and Family Psychologist with experience working within the not-for-profit sector. Gabby is passionate about working with children and adolescents who are experiencing various challenges including; anxiety, low mood, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), suicidal ideation and neurodivergence. She also provides guidance and practical strategies to enable parents to support their children’s emotional health and overall wellbeing.

Her work is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Gabby has experience delivering parenting programmes including Incredible Years, Tuning into Kids, Tuning into Teens and Parenting Through Separation. She adapts these approaches when working one-on-one with parents seeking additional support.

Gabby is approachable, kind and accepting. She prides herself in creating an inclusive environment that enables young people to feel comfortable and open. She is passionate about helping them overcome obstacles and build a life that feels purposeful and meaningful. Outside of work, Gabby enjoys spending time with her family, opshopping and indulging in a Saturday morning cheese scone.
